Global Search

Search for any contact from the CRM or your WhatsApp on one screen 

Now you can search for any lead or contact from the CRM right inside WhatsApp and start a chat in mere seconds. You can also insert a phone number and instantly engage with customers without any extra steps.

After you find the contact, you can click “Chat Now” and start a conversation immediately on WhatsApp. Alternatively, you can click, “View in Salesforce” and open that contact directly there.

Tuvis adds top video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet to Whatsapp. 

Once the connection is done via Tuvis, users can:

  • Effortlessly initiate and join a call via WhatsApp Web with customers.
  • Schedule Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meetings with contacts.

Sales teams no longer need to leave the WhatsApp Web page to make calls with their clients making salespeople more efficent and effective.

Tuvis users with Auto Sync turned on in WhatsApp love the ease of being able to automatically sync messages between the users and their contacts.
